The Artistic Home

Days to Come

Picture
A privileged Midwestern family wrestles with the opposing forces of organized labor and union busters when employees at their small factory go on strike, threatening their fortune, friendships, and possibly their very lives.

This rarely produced gem offers a brilliant view of 1930's socio-economic forces at play: rich vs. poor, men vs. women, ethics vs. politics.  Artistic Director Kathy Scambiatterra directs this piece by one of America's most distinguished playwrights -- arguably our greatest female playwright -- allowing Hellman's fearless insight to resonate loudly and clearly for us today. Opens October 18th.  BUY TICKETS HERE>>
