Vaccine Requirement:
Effective immediately, in accordance with the League of Chicago Theatres, all artists, performers, staff, and patrons 5 years of age or older who are attending must provide proof of a full course of COVID-19 vaccination. Patrons must have a completed COVID-19 vaccination card, with their final dose administered at least fourteen days prior to the event from a licensed doctor, pharmacy, or clinic. Additionally, any individual over the age of 16 shall provide identification bearing the same identifying information as the proof of full vaccination.

What if you are not vaccinated?

The Artistic Home will not accept a negative COVID-19 test as a means of admission unless the individual has previously received a medical or religious exemption, provided such patrons provide the covered entity proof of the medical or religious exemption and a COVID-19 test administered by a medical professional within the last 72 hours prior to entering a covered location.
